I’m a parent and entrepreneur who didn’t give up on adventure when life got busy. Four years ago, I took my first solo trip—and it changed everything.

That trip taught me that adventure doesn’t belong only to people with unlimited time, money, or flexibility. It belongs to real people with real lives.

I found myself juggling spreadsheets, browser tabs, and endless research just to plan a single trip. Planning was taking longer than the actual traveling—and I knew there had to be a better way.

That’s how Choosing Open Roads was born—and later, Companion. My mission is simple: to prove that adventure fits into real life, even when life is full.
